It is crucial to understand our return policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item/items back to us. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

Return Policy

Each costume is custom made, our tailors will only start a costume once we have received a paid order, so we cannot accept returns except in a specific situation

  • Your product is faulty in some way, if your costume is ripped, or damaged somehow, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the costume, a full refund will be given if we are responsible for the faulty product.
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • The item is damaged in delivery. 

Please note we will not accept returns if the product does not fit you, or if you have given the wrong values when making a custom order, size charts are given, also reasons such as "I don't like this anime" will not be accepted, nor will any other such reasons. All costume sales are final. 

 

Replacement Policy

For costumes & accessories :  

If your product is defective in any way, you must report the defect within 7 days of receiving the product. You must then send us the product and we will fix it. Depending on how the product is damaged, we may charge you, however usually this is free of charge. We will pay for the shipping costs to return the item to you.

For DVDs :

For DVDs, you have 3 days after the product was delivered to you for a full refund. Please contact us before returning the item, specifying what was wrong with the product. When returning a product please include the order number and specify what CD / episode was defective as well as specifying the replacement method (Either a refund or a replacement)

Cancellation policy

Any order may be canceled, however if you cancel your order within 24 hours after your order has been placed we will charge you a 50% fee for costumes and a 30% fee for any other products in order to cover our costs. Any shipping costs will be fully refunded. Your order can be canceled as long as the product has not been shipped out, if your product has been shipped out, we cannot cancel your order. 

Other : 

As the buyer you also assumes responsibility for any applicable regional tariffs or fees. As we delivery to so many countries it is impossible for us to know the fees for each country, we therefore cannot consult you on these matters, please make sure you know what tariffs or fees you will be charged, products are shipped from China, as we are not responsible for paying these fees / tariff.
